Noventra collects the contact and operating-context information you choose to submit through the fit conversation form. We use it to review the request, respond, qualify a potential engagement, and maintain the related business record where appropriate.

Please do not submit importer numbers, tax identifiers, ACE or CBP credentials, shipment files, entry data, payment information, or detailed transaction values through the website.

Unsuccessful or inactive website inquiries are retained for 12 months from submission and then deleted or anonymized. If an inquiry becomes an active opportunity or client relationship, the necessary information moves to the applicable business-record process.
