About Noventra

Professional control begins with named responsibility.

Noventra combines finance, operating discipline, people systems, supply-chain experience, and import follow-through around the realities of a growing business.

Built for the handoffs. We focus on the places where important work becomes fragmented between leadership, operations, finance, brokers, vendors, and outside specialists.

Leadership

A small leadership team with complementary operating responsibilities.

Garrett Jones

Director, Finance & Operations Advisory

CPA; individually licensed U.S. Customs Broker

Garrett brings finance, controls, and import operations into one operating view. He helps importers build the reporting, cash-flow visibility, records discipline, and broker follow-through systems that keep recurring issues from getting lost across teams. At Noventra, Garrett leads the finance and operations work behind the Importer Control Office, including control design, exception escalation, and coordination across accounting, brokers, and client leadership.

Evist Jones

Director, People & HR Advisory

Evist helps growing organizations build the people systems and internal rhythms needed to operate with clarity. Her work spans people operations, organizational strategy, client relationships, partnerships, and culture, with a practical focus on how roles, decisions, and day-to-day work fit together. At Noventra, she helps ensure that growth does not outpace the structures supporting the team.

Daniela Mérida before a softly blurred waterfront bridge

Daniela Mérida

Director, Supply Chain & Quality Operations

Daniela brings more than a decade of hands-on experience across seafood and meat processing, spanning production operations, quality assurance, food-safety systems, and team leadership. She helps teams identify bottlenecks, improve yield, and build practical SOP, GMP, HACCP, and FSMA-aligned workflows without losing sight of day-to-day execution. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Daniela connects production-floor realities with the documentation, training, and follow-through required to keep quality operations moving.

Credential clarity

Individual credential. Entity distinction.

Garrett Jones is a Certified Public Accountant and an individually licensed U.S. Customs Broker. Noventra Advisory LLC's customs brokerage license is pending. This distinction matters. The site will not imply entity brokerage authority before it is granted.

How we work

Make the work clearer, then make it more repeatable.

Noventra brings structure to the operating layer surrounding recurring import activity. That means identifying the information that matters, naming owners, tracking exceptions, and creating a cadence that does not depend on one person holding the full picture.

Calm

Clarity, direct language, and disciplined follow-through without manufactured urgency.

Exact

Credential, authority, scope, and outcome language stays specific and supportable.

Practical

Systems should work for the people handling the shipment, record, decision, and follow-up work every day.
